Registration for all new students in Kindergarten and Grades 1-5
Parents must have the following information to register children in all grades:

9:00 am - 12:00 noon
In order to register a student you MUST HAVE ALL of the following information at the time of registration:
- Residency Declaration Documents COMPLETED (Please see directions below)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records – yellow shot card preferred
- Your child must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2013
