FACILITIES, GROUNDS AND CONTRUCTION
The office of Facilities, Grounds and Construction provides over site, management and coordination of the District's maintenance and repair of school buildings, grounds and associated equipment, contracts for new school construction, deferred maintenance or modernization projects, and supervises District custodial services in cooperation with site principals. In addition, this office acts as a liaison with architects, contractors, State and local agencies, District personnel and the community on matters related to maintenance, construction and facility use.
