Transcripts may be requested from the Registrar by telephone, e-mail, or by stopping into the office and filling out a "Transcript Request Form." Please allow three to five business days for preparation. Allow additional days for mailing. Transcripts may also be picked up at the office.
Please provide the following information:
- Your name at graduation
- Your year of graduation
- If you graduated with an Adult GE or GED diploma, please indicate so
- The purpose of the transcript (college application, job application, immigration/passport, scholarship)
- Your telephone number
- Where you want the transcript mailed
- If you wish to pick up your transcript, please indicate so in your message
