Ø      Honor Roll Breakfast (Gold Card)
The Thurston Middle School Honor Roll Breakfast (Gold Card Program) will be held Thursday, March 11, 2010, at 10:36 a.m. (during ESP) in the TMS Amphitheater to honor and recognize those students who achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or better during their Fall 2009 Semester at Thurston.  Parents are welcome to attend. If your child is eligible, they will receive an invitation next week.

Ø      Out On The Town – March 10th  6-10 pm
- RSVP before this Friday, March 5th
- Progressive Dinner in Downtown Laguna
- Small groups visit two randomly assigned stops (6-6:45 & 6:55-7:45) for beverages and appetizers
- Everyone Meets at Romeo Cucina for a light buffet, dancing & dessert by Cafe Zinc
- Participating Restaurants: Romeo Cucina, Anastasia, Nick's, Lumberyard, Nirvana Grille, Sundried Tomato & Sorrento Grille
- RSVP at $65 per person payable to TMS PTA
- Guests will be mailed the names of their two assigned stops right before the event
 
Ø      Alice in Wonderland Fundraiser
- 5pm show on Friday, March 5th
- Buy tickets at the theater starting at 4:30pm
- $20 includes admission, small popcorn & small drink
- Benefits 8th grade promotion but all grades, friends and neighbors are invited
 
Ø      Magazine and Cookie Dough - Order forms are due Wednesday, March 10th Click here for more information

Ø      BOX TOPS – It’s never too late to turn in Box Tops for Education. Each classroom has an envelope and there is also a collection box in the office!

v      Bake Sale: Before the 7:30pm show and during intermission of the LBHS Spring Musical Anything Goes (at the Artists’ Theatre) – Opening Night, Friday, March 12
v      How:  Bring baked goods to the Thurston morning drop-off line on Friday, March 12, or drop off at the Bake Sale
