Jog-a-Thon is Coming!

Our annual Jog-a-Thon is Friday, March 20th.  Each student will receive a pledge envelope on Friday, February 27th.  This is our largest fundraiser of the year.  Please encourage your family and friends to support our school.  Students are training hard in PE to run as many laps as possible. 


Office Hours
The El Morro Elementary School Office is open from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. 
We accept new student registration between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, or by appointment.  You may schedule an appointment to ensure efficiency or visit us during office hours.  Please visit the Registration tab for registration requirements.  You must bring the following documents with you to register your child:
Please bring Residency Declaration documents
Birth Certificate & Immunization records.

Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten Roundup!

El Morro Elementary School will host its 2015-2016 Kindergarten and TK Pre-Orientation for parents of incoming Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten students on Tuesday, April 14th at 6:00 pm.  This is a night time opportunity for working parents to learn more information on the registration process and Kindergarten programs.  Please share this information with your friends who have children coming of kindergarten age.  This meeting is for parents only.  Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten registration will be held on April 28th from 9:00-12:00 in the multi-purpose room.  To enroll in Kindergarten, your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2015.  To enroll in Transitional Kindergarten, your child must turn five between the dates of September 2nd and December 2, 2015.  All students must live within the El Morro attendance boundaries.  Please visit our website @ for ALL requirements for registration.  Parents cannot register their children without providing ALL the required documents.  Kindergarten Orientation will also be held on Thursday, May 14th at 9:30 am in the MPR to provide a daytime orientation opportunity for parents.
