Laguna Beach High School Students Pursue Athletics at the Collegiate Level

Laguna Beach High School Students Pursue Athletics at the Collegiate Level


Twelve Laguna Beach High School athletes were awarded athletic scholarships at the collegiate level.

LBHS Principal Joanne Culverhouse remarks, “Celebrating the success of our athletes is important and I am very proud of our students. They are not only successful athletes, but student scholars and focused young adults.”

The LBHS athletes pursuing athletics at the collegiate level are:

LBHS Athletic Director Mike Churchill commends the dedication of these athletes, "These student athletes represent the best of the best at Laguna Beach High School. They have excelled on the field of competition and in the classroom. We are very proud of them and wish them all the best of luck in college."

More than sixty percent of the Laguna Beach High School student body participates on one or more sports teams.
