LBHS BOYS WATER POLO WINS CONFERENCE

History has been made this fall athletic season for the Laguna Beach High School Boys’ Water Polo team by capturing the Pacific Coast Conference Championship. The team has remained undefeated thus far and advances to the season’s playoff rounds. The Breakers have qualified for the Open Division of the upcoming California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section-Ford Championship playoffs, which begin this week. It is the team’s first time qualifying for the Open Division since 2021 and only the 9th time in the school’s history.

AD HOC ARTS COMMITTEE

The Laguna Beach Unified School District Board of Education is forming an AD HOC Arts Committee to explore how the arts can further enrich learning, wellness and community connection in schools. The committee is open to students, parents, educators, artists and community members who wish to apply and participate.
