The annual Parent Data Confirmation process is now open. As required by the California Education Code, all families must complete this process before the start of the school year. Through Aeries, you will update your student's information, review the Annual Parent Notifications, confirm emergency contact and health information, and complete the required permissions and acknowledgments.   

Please note: Parent Data Confirmation is separate from the annual Residency Verification process, which is completed each spring. Residency Verification confirms that families reside within LBUSD boundaries. Parent Data Confirmation is a required annual process completed through the Aeries Parent Portal to update student information, review required notices, and complete required permissions and acknowledgments before the start of the school year.

To complete Data Confirmation:

1. Log in to your Aeries Parent Portal account, follow the prompts, and complete all sections for each of your students.  
2. Electronic Signature: At the end of the process, you will be prompted to enter your first and last name as your digital signature and check the box confirming that you have completed the process to the best of your knowledge, received the Annual Notice to Parents, and been informed of your rights. To complete the process, click Finish and Submit.

Help with Parent Portal Accounts:

All parents have a Parent Portal account in Aeries. If you cannot remember your password, click “Forgot Password” from the login page and follow the password reset instructions. If you need further assistance, submit a Help Desk ticket to helpdesk@lbusd.org.

Transportation
The bus pass purchase portal for the 2026–27 school year opens on Aug. 1 and will remain open through Sunday, Aug. 16. The portal will be temporarily unavailable from Aug. 17–23 while transportation staff finalize bus routes and prepare passes for distribution. It will reopen on Monday, Aug. 24, and remain available for purchases throughout the school year.
