The 2026–27 school year begins Thursday, Aug. 20, with employees returning to campuses on Tuesday, Aug. 18, to prepare for students' arrival.

As students return to school, the Laguna Beach community can expect increased traffic around campuses during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times. Families, residents, and motorists are encouraged to allow extra travel time, drive with caution near schools, and watch for students walking and biking to campus.
